Cleaning Service

Package logic: The number of people and the duration are designed according to the size of the home/office. When you choose a package that fits your needs, the included tasks are normally completed within this time.

Selection tip (summary): For small spaces like studios (1+0) and 1+1, 5 hours / 1 person is usually sufficient. For 2+1 and larger, more rooms/areas, or heavy dirt, consider 8 hours and/or an additional person.

Increasing team size: If you want to focus more on certain rooms, finish faster, or handle heavy dirt, you can add extra personnel to increase speed and scope.

What’s included? Package details clearly list tasks such as general surface and floor cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, and (depending on the package) window cleaning.

Excluded (examples): Sofa/carpet washing, steam cleaning, and industrial tasks requiring special equipment are not included (there is a separate package for post-construction).

Extra time/work: If additional time or tasks beyond the package are needed, get prior approval for any extra time/fee before starting.

Yes. When placing an order, you can choose With Supplies or Without Supplies.

With Supplies: The cleaner brings standard cleaning supplies. The supplies fee is added to the total price and appears as a separate line item in the payment summary.

Sample standard list (may vary by package): bucket, cloths, hand brush, bleach, glass cleaner, degreaser, dishwashing liquid, dish sponge, scrub pad/steel wool, scraper blade, gloves.

Without Supplies: You provide the supplies; the cleaner provides labor only.

Notes:

  1. The supply list in each package may vary by home/office size and needs; the appropriate supply selection is made for your order.
  2. We do not provide services that require special equipment such as steam machines or professional sofa/carpet washing. For such needs, please use specialist companies; in basic cleaning we only do surface wiping for sofas/carpets.


Definition: At Temizlikiste, our goal is “satisfaction-guaranteed cleaning.” If the service you receive does not meet the expected quality for the tasks within your selected package, the guarantee applies.

IMPORTANT CONDITION (report immediately): You must inform us before the cleaner leaves the address. This allows us to provide a quick solution within the same visit, such as a free short make-good (e.g., an extra 1 hour of work).

Scope: The guarantee applies only to tasks included in the package. Requests outside the package and special-equipment tasks (e.g., steam cleaning, professional sofa/carpet washing) are excluded.

How to report? Contact us with your order number, a brief description, and—if possible—photos/videos via phone (09:00–19:00), WhatsApp, or Instagram.

Process: We record your notice, assess the situation on site, and offer an appropriate solution. We reserve the right to prevent misuse of the guarantee.

Transportation (public): You do not need to pay any extra public-transport fee.

Transportation (taxi): If public transport is unavailable and a taxi is required, the taxi fare is paid by the customer.

Meals: For jobs of 5 hours or more, lunch is provided by the customer.

Break: For full-day work, i.e., 5 hours or more, a 30-minute meal break is included in the cleaning time.

Package-based: The number of cleaners depends on your selected package and the size of your place.

General practice: For studios (1+0) and 1+1 apartments, 1 person / 5 hours is usually sufficient. For 2+1 and larger spaces or more comprehensive cleanings, 1–2 people / 8 hours may be planned.

During booking: You’ll clearly see the team size and duration on the order screen and reconfirm them at checkout.

Assignment: After approval, a suitable person/team is assigned and you’re informed.

Changes: If you need extra people or time, request it before the job starts; availability and any extra fee are evaluated per package rules.

Immediate notice: Please inform us before the cleaner leaves the address if you are not satisfied.

Primary resolution: Our first solution is a free short make-good within the same visit (e.g., extra time/work).

Scope: The guarantee is limited to tasks included in your selected package; out-of-package requests and special-equipment tasks are excluded.

Safety advice: For high floors and large windows, prefer cleaning only the parts the cleaner can reach without leaning out of the window. For remaining sections, we recommend using extendable window-cleaning tools sold affordably in stores.

General rule: Our priority is the tasks specified in your package details; wall wiping is not included in standard packages.

When possible: If you request it and there is time left within the package duration, wall wiping can be done.

Extra time/fee: If time is not sufficient, service can be provided with prior approval for any extra time/fee before starting.

Limitations: Very high/inaccessible areas, special paints (silicone, pearlescent, textured), and delicate surfaces may be declined due to risk of damage.

Note: Stain removal effectiveness varies by surface; if needed, a small test area is tried first.


Standard scope: We do not provide professional sofa/couch washing. In standard cleaning, a light wipe with a damp cloth may be done on sofa surfaces.

When is it done? If there is time left within the package and you request it, surface-level wiping can be performed. Heavy stains/odors, deep cleaning, or machine/steam work are not included.

Fee/time: If package time is not sufficient, surface wiping is outside the package and may require prior approval for extra time/fee.

No. We do not offer steam cleaning and we do not use steam machines.

No. When creating a reservation, just mention your pet in the “note to the cleaner” field. This way, we’ll assign a pet-friendly cleaner with no allergies.

About Payments

Yes. During booking, you can pay a deposit by card or bank transfer, and pay the remaining amount in cash to the cleaner at the end of the job. If you prefer, you can also complete the remaining payment by bank transfer.

Yes. During booking, you can make the prepayment by card or bank transfer (EFT). You can also pay the remaining amount to the cleaner by bank transfer (EFT) at the end of the job.

Yes. You can securely make the prepayment by credit card on our website via the AKBANK Virtual POS infrastructure.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by bank transfer (EFT) at the end of the job.

Cancellation, Refund & Change

72 hours or more before: You can cancel free of charge or change the date free of charge.

24–72 hours before: A 40% cancellation/prepayment fee is charged for cancellations; date-change requests are subject to the same terms.

Less than 24 hours: No cancellations/changes are accepted and no refunds are issued.

Refunds/payments: If you made a prepayment, for cancellations within 24–72 hours the remaining amount after the deduction is refunded to the original payment method. No refunds within 24 hours.

24 hours or more before: You can change the date/time free of charge.

Less than 24 hours: No cancellation, refund, or change is possible.

Insurance & Legal Liability

  1. It provides protection for domestic workers against accidents that may occur during work and at the declared address.
  2. For fewer than 10 days of work, short-term branches (work accident–occupational disease) apply; for 10 days or more, full insurance (4/a) applies.
  3. It does not replace General Health Insurance (GSS).

  1. The premium is very low (roughly the price of a loaf of bread).
  2. With this small amount, you protect yourself (as the engaging household and your legal obligations) and the worker against work-accident risks.
