Gender: No restriction; our platform is open to all applicants. However, depending on the nature of the work (e.g., post-construction cleaning, stairwell cleaning, tasks requiring heavy lifting), a male worker or team preference may be stated in the job opportunity details. Final evaluation is based on job requirements, availability, and profile.
Age: The application age range is 22–50. This range is applied for work safety, risk management, and service standards, and is checked during ID verification. Applications outside this range cannot be considered.

Where to find them? Opportunities are listed on our platform. Each one clearly shows the scope of work, address/location, start date & time, headcount and duration.
Requirements to apply: You can apply after registration and profile approval are completed.

- We frequently announce new opportunities via SMS and mobile notifications.
- You can also join our WhatsApp groups to follow updates there (your phone number isn’t visible).

Note: Applications are accepted only through the platform; evaluations are based on job requirements and profile fit.
How is safety ensured?
Pre-check: We record customer details, verify the address, and run a risk assessment. Suspicious requests are not approved.
Suitable working mode: On-site with residents or key-drop (empty home) options are clearly stated in the job details. When needed, working only in an empty home is required.
Platform mediation: From start to finish we manage communication with the customer and with you; you can reach our support line at any time.
Check-in/out confirmation: At the start and end of the appointment, confirmation is taken; job start and completion are logged.
Review & blocking: After each job, both sides rate the experience. Risky addresses/customers are blocked from creating new orders.
Single-resident homes / special cases
If an address is not suitable for safety or privacy, service is not provided or key-drop is required.

Basic info
In domestic services, daily work accident insurance can be taken out and it is mandatory (for less than 10 days: short-term branches such as work accident and occupational disease; for 10 days or more: full social insurance). The entry is made on the e-Devlet (Turkish e-Government) portal using the homeowner’s ID.
Responsibility
Temizlikiste.com is not the employer. The insurance declaration and premium payment are the homeowner/employer’s responsibility; we only connect the parties and provide information.
When must it be done?
Insurance must be declared before work starts. For less than 10 days, same-day entry via e-Devlet is possible.
How to proceed?
- Before starting, inform the homeowner that you request accident insurance.
- After it’s done, ask for the confirmation/policy number or an e-Devlet screenshot.
- The homeowner can check the entry on e-Devlet.
Scope note
Daily accident insurance covers work accidents during the job and at the declared address; it does not replace general health insurance. Final terms are subject to SGK (Turkish Social Security Institution) regulations.
Unfortunately, not at the moment. Temizlikiste.com meets its cleaning needs through independent service providers. If we start in-house, insured employment in the future, we’ll announce it on our website and social media.
Cleaning Service
Package durations: On our platform, cleaning services are offered as 5-hour and 8-hour packages. Studio (1+0) and 1+1 apartments and equivalent offices are generally planned as one person for 5 hours. Our other packages are at least one person for 8 hours of service.
Scope of work: In the job opportunity details, the tasks to be performed within the selected cleaning package are clearly listed and are expected to be completed within the stated duration.
Expectation: Cleaning and the listed tasks must be completed within the specified time.
Slow work / compensation: In case of delays caused by slow work or idling, the customer may request compensation.
If time needs to be extended: If additional time/work is required, obtain prior agreement and approval for any extra fee (if applicable).
Start of time: The clock starts when the work actually begins (including on-site preparation) and ends when the job is finished.
Implementation and planning: Upon arrival, have a brief check-in with the homeowner using the checklist; prioritize according to the available time and number of workers, and complete the tasks within the allotted time. It’s recommended to do a hand-over check with the checklist at the end.
Package-level scope: Which tasks are included/excluded and how many people will work are clearly stated in the job opportunity details. Plan your work by following the “Included / Not Included” labels in the selected package.
General task headings: kitchen cleaning, living-room cleaning, sitting-room cleaning, bedroom cleaning, bathroom/WC cleaning, interior/exterior window wiping, wiping sofas (surface only), washing/hanging curtains, refrigerator interior cleaning, kitchen cabinet interior cleaning.
Special jobs / support services: for extensive jobs such as post-construction or post-move, supports like sorting, bagging and waste separation may be needed. These may require extra time/equipment and an extra fee; make a prior agreement before starting.
Safety note: for risky areas such as exterior windows or high ladder work, safe equipment and, if necessary, additional personnel are mandatory; if safe conditions are not available, these items remain out of scope.
General start: Most jobs start at 09:00; the exact date and time are clearly stated in the job opportunity details you won.
Being ready: Be at the cleaning address at least 15 minutes before the start time and begin your preparations.
Communication: If there is any chance of delay, be sure to inform the homeowner and us.
Delay / cancellation: Uninformed or unjustified delays may lead to cancellation; in any cancellation, deductions may be applied up to the amount of damages incurred and the collected service fee.
Repeat: In cases of frequent delays, temporary/permanent account restrictions or limited access to job opportunities may be applied.
Application responsibility: Do not apply for jobs you cannot attend or cannot meet (location, nature/scope of work, duration, pay expectation, etc.). The attitude “I’ll apply and if another job comes up I won’t go” violates community rules and deprives other applicants of their rights.
No-show / refusing the job: If you don’t show up without notice or withdraw after taking the job, the job is cancelled; a deduction may be applied up to damages incurred + the collected service fee, and your account may be permanently closed immediately.
Delay / cancellation: Uninformed or unjustified delays may lead to cancellation; in case of cancellation, deductions may apply up to the damages incurred and the collected service fee.
Repeat: Frequent delays and rule violations may result in temporary/permanent account restrictions, limited access to job opportunities, and, if necessary, permanent closure.
Communication requirement: If something prevents attendance, inform the homeowner and us in advance via platform messages immediately; documented force-majeure cases will be reviewed.
Service types: There are two types of services on the platform: With supplies and Without supplies. Which type it is is clearly stated in the job opportunity details.
With-supplies job: You bring the required cleaning materials. The supplies fee is shown as a separate line item and is included in your total earnings.
Without-supplies job: The homeowner provides the supplies; you only perform the labor.
Items to bring (with-supplies jobs): Listed one by one in the job opportunity details (e.g., multi-purpose surface cleaner, glass cleaner, bathroom/toilet cleaner, floor detergent, microfiber cloths, sponge, scrub pad, mop & bucket, gloves, trash bags, etc.).
Missing/unsuitable supplies: Check before starting. If supplies are insufficient, talk to the homeowner immediately; if needed, get prior agreement for extra supplies/fee.
Safety note: Use chemicals according to label instructions, with gloves and in well-ventilated areas; do not mix strong acids/bases.
- The complaint is recorded on the platform and the details of the provided service are reviewed with the subject of the complaint.
- Before leaving the home, complete a checklist for the package scope and obtain customer approval; this is the main reference.
- Depending on the outcome, rectification work may be requested or a fee deduction may be applied.
- In case of repetition, measures such as access restrictions or account closure may be applied.
Package scope: Packages are defined by the number of people and time based on the home’s size; tasks are generally completed within this time.
Not finished (on your side): If the job is not completed due to slow work/idling, providing the free make-good is your responsibility.
Extra tasks / extra time (customer request): If work outside the package or overtime is needed, it’s best to obtain approval for extra time/fee before starting. The extra hourly rate stated in the job opportunity details applies; there is no obligation.
Records and confirmation: At checkout, review package tasks with a checklist, obtain customer approval, and ensure the platform is informed.
About Payments
General info: Your earnings are clearly stated in the job opportunity details; check this before applying.
Labor fee: Calculated by package type and people/time; included in your total earnings.
Supplies fee: For with-supplies jobs it’s shown as a separate line and added to your total; for without-supplies jobs this item does not exist.
Extra hour fee: If the package time is exceeded, the extra hourly rate stated in the job opportunity details applies (with prior approval).
Meals / expenses: Whether it’s included in the price or covered by the homeowner is again specified in the job opportunity details; what’s written there prevails.
Summary: Items shown in the earnings section of the listing (job opportunity details) + supplies (if any) and approved extra hours = your total earnings.
Before starting the job, your net earnings are stated in the job opportunity details; payments are planned based on this amount.
On our platform, services generally run on a prepaid basis. After the prepayment, the remaining amount is your net earnings and is paid to you by the customer in cash or by bank transfer/Wire at the end of the job.
If any part of your earnings remains unpaid, that amount is sent by the platform within 2 business days to your registered IBAN via bank transfer.
Full-day (8-hour) jobs: Lunch is covered by the homeowner/office. The job opportunity details state that “lunch is covered”; you may request it politely.
5 hours and under: Lunch is not mandatory. Please do not insist for these durations.
Notice: In non-mandatory cases, complaints arising from lunch demands may result in access restrictions to job opportunities by our platform.
Shuttle: None.
Transportation: You go to jobs by your own means; travel costs are yours.
No requests: Do not ask the homeowner to cover transportation costs.
Tip: When applying to distant locations, consider distance and travel time; prefer jobs that are practical for you to reach.
About Job Applications
Confirmation: As soon as you’re assigned, call the homeowner, state that the assignment is yours and you will come for the cleaning. Confirm date–time–address, entry/door instructions, and parking/pets. Then leave a short written confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS.
Scope: Review the job opportunity details: package tasks, people/time, with/without supplies; note any extra hourly rate.
Supplies & preparation: (For with-supplies jobs) check the list, complete missing items. Prepare gloves and other personal gear.
Route plan: Plan route and travel time in advance; be at the address at least 15 minutes early.
Payment note: Note your net earnings and the payment method (cash/transfer).
Workflow: At the start, share a brief plan with the homeowner; at the finish, use a check-list and obtain customer approval.
Delay/obstacle: If a delay is possible, inform in advance; when possible share evidence-type info in writing via WhatsApp/SMS.
Status: Yes. The job opportunity details indicate the number of people (e.g., 1 person / 2 people). You may apply as a team only to listings that allow teams; listings marked one person do not accept teams.
Application: Select the correct team size when applying. Everyone on the team must be registered on the platform with verified ID. If someone is not registered, their information may be requested and no assignment will be made until registration/ID verification is complete.
Age requirement: Team members must be 22–50 years old. Applicants under 22 are not accepted; over 50 are not assigned.
Earnings: The fee is calculated based on the package defined for the stated team size. Payments are made on the basis of the total package earnings; any extra hourly rate follows the listing’s rule.
Supplies: For with-supplies jobs, complete the list according to team size (extra cloths, gloves, etc.).
Rule: Do not bring extra people without the homeowner’s approval. Going two people to a one-person job or changing the declared team size later may lead to complaints and sanctions.
Responsibility: The team leader/applicant is responsible for on-time arrival, communication, and full completion of the job.
Priority rule: The first application that simultaneously meets the criteria below is assigned to the job.
Distance & proximity
- Applications from nearby areas have priority.
- Example: For a job in Sarıyer, an application from Beylikdüzü carries traffic/access delay risk → lower priority.
- The platform does not accept delay/cancellation risk due to distance; distant applications may remain on standby.
ID verification
- Profiles with verified ID/passport are always prioritized.
Application order (first-come)
- Among eligible applicants, first to apply is first assigned.
Profile rating & past performance
- High rating, on-time completion, no cancellations, and customer satisfaction add extra priority.
Fair distribution & first-job opportunity
- To maintain fairness, eligible first-timers may receive opportunity priority.
Materials suitability
- For materials-required jobs, applications without materials are de-prioritized.
Team requirement
- For jobs requiring a specific team size, applications with the full team have priority (e.g., need 2 people → application with 2 > 1).
Notes
- All assignments aim for on-time, smooth completion.
- You may apply from distant areas; however, there is no assignment guarantee, and your application may remain standby.
- We reserve the right to cancel/modify assignments when needed (e.g., delay risk, missing verification, insufficient materials/team).
