How does it work? You choose a suitable package, enter your address–date–time details, and create your request. Once approved, your request is forwarded to verified and experienced providers; the available person/team is assigned and you are informed.
Trust & quality: All providers go through profile/control checks (ID verification, etc.); their past jobs, ratings and reviews are examined. Thanks to our organizational memory, we help you work with people who have high satisfaction rates.
Packages & scope: We operate with clear service packages defined by duration, team size, and content. Your selected package clearly states which tasks will be done in which rooms.
Satisfaction principle: We serve with a “satisfaction-guaranteed cleaning” approach. If the expected quality is not achieved, you can inform us for make-good options; we resolve the process quickly.

With Supplies: The cleaner brings standard cleaning supplies. The supplies fee is added to the total price and appears as a separate line item in the payment summary.
Sample standard list (may vary by package): bucket, cloths, hand brush, bleach, glass cleaner, degreaser, dishwashing liquid, dish sponge, scrub pad/steel wool, scraper blade, gloves.
Without Supplies: You provide the supplies; the cleaner provides labor only.

Definition: At Temizlikiste, our goal is “satisfaction-guaranteed cleaning.” If the service you receive does not meet the expected quality for the tasks within your selected package, the guarantee applies.
IMPORTANT CONDITION (report immediately): You must inform us before the cleaner leaves the address. This allows us to provide a quick solution within the same visit, such as a free short make-good (e.g., an extra 1 hour of work).
Scope: The guarantee applies only to tasks included in the package. Requests outside the package and special-equipment tasks (e.g., steam cleaning, professional sofa/carpet washing) are excluded.
How to report? Contact us with your order number, a brief description, and—if possible—photos/videos via phone (09:00–19:00), WhatsApp, or Instagram.

General rule: Our priority is the tasks specified in your package details; wall wiping is not included in standard packages.
When possible: If you request it and there is time left within the package duration, wall wiping can be done.
Extra time/fee: If time is not sufficient, service can be provided with prior approval for any extra time/fee before starting.
Limitations: Very high/inaccessible areas, special paints (silicone, pearlescent, textured), and delicate surfaces may be declined due to risk of damage.
