Job Opportunity Application Conditions

1) Legal Nature and Scope
These Conditions set out the mandatory rules that Service Providers on Temizlikiste.com (“Platform”) must follow when applying to package-based job opportunities and upon assignment; they form an integral part of the Service Provider Agreement. The Platform offers standardized service packages; there are no free-text offers and no negotiation flow. Applications are made based on predefined parameters (package, duration, people/team size, with/without materials, location/date/time). Messaging on the Platform is not used; once the booking is confirmed and phone numbers are mutually visible, the parties communicate directly.
2) Definitions
Job Opportunity: Record with fixed package, date, time, address/location, duration, and people/team size.
Application: Binding expression of interest by the Service Provider including team size, material status (with/without materials), and availability.
Assignment: Appointment of a verified Service Provider by the Platform.
3) Eligibility, Competence, and Priority Criteria
Apply only if aligned with your expertise, team/equipment, material status, and schedule. Proximity matters; very distant applications are deprioritized. For material-required jobs, applications with materials have priority; without materials may be ranked lower. Where a team is required, full-team applications are prioritized. If chemical/equipment/working-at-height or other OHS requirements cannot be met, do not apply.
4) Package Model, Scope, and Duration
Packages are time-boxed. Tasks listed in the package are executed within the package time in order of priority; this is not a completion guarantee, but a best-effort within the time. Team size and task split are defined by the package; like-for-like capacity adjustments may be made for operational reasons. Out-of-scope work is only possible with explicit mutual agreement and extra time/fee.
5) Application Content and Accuracy
Your application must accurately state team size, material status, invoice/receipt and availability. Misleading declarations or token applications with insufficient team/material are prohibited. Arbitrary changes after assignment are not allowed.
6) Timing, Arrival, and Discipline
Punctuality is mandatory. If delay is likely, inform the counterparty by phone in good time. Arrival window and plan are confirmed after assignment. No-shows are sanctionable.
7) Materials, Access, and OHS
For with-materials applications, the Service Provider supplies consumables and basic equipment; follow manufacturer instructions and OHS rules; risky mixtures are prohibited. For without-materials, the Client supplies suitable materials/equipment. The Client must provide correct address, access/entry codes, water/electricity, and a safe workplace. Privacy must be respected; no access to locked/private areas.
8) Communication Mode (Mandatory Rule)
The Platform provides no free-text/notes/messaging; no commitments may arise therefrom. After assignment, phone numbers are mutually visible; coordination and changes occur directly. The Platform is not a party to conversations, promises, or side agreements.
9) Invoicing and Taxes
For the Remaining Service Fee, the Service Provider must issue invoice/receipt. Income/VAT/withholding obligations rest with the Service Provider.
10) Reviews, Ratings, and Transparency
Self-reviews, incentivized/paid reviews, fake identities, and organized manipulation are prohibited. You may request a review, but must not pressure or impose scripts.
11) Platform Protection and Anti-Circumvention
Circumventing prepayment and/or Platform-mandated single account/channel payment routes is prohibited. The Platform may act against false/misleading statements and unfair competition. Fair and measured criticism is allowed.
12) Abuse, Violations, and Sanctions
Violations may lead to warning → visibility limits → temporary/permanent suspension and, if needed, legal action. Repeated/serious breaches may result in account closure and damages.
13) Personal Data and Visual Materials
Processing is strictly for the respective job under KVKK and the Platform’s privacy notices. Client photos/videos are solely for evaluation; download/copy/share/portfolio use requires explicit consent.
14) Conflicts, Effect, and Updates
If these conflict with the Service Provider Agreement or the Cancellation–Refund–Date Change Agreement, the special provisions prevail. Effective 01.11.2025; the current version is published on the Platform. Changes for security/compliance/operations apply upon publication.
